Meet Iqrut Kataria, a creator, builder, and storyteller with over 13 years of experience across multiple worlds — from the buzz of Radio Mirchi to the craft of architecture and façade design.

An army kid who grew up across India, Iqrut earned his B.Tech in Marine Engineering from MIT Pune and later an MBA in Finance, before charting his own course into entrepreneurship.

In 2013, he founded Luxus Façade, a brand known for precision-engineered doors, windows, and façade systems — collaborating closely with architects and real estate developers across India.

Today, he’s channeling that experience into his passion project — Earth Nest 🌱

Gaurav’s expertise spans legal, policy, and administrative processes, enabling him to efficiently handle regulatory challenges. He and his team offer streamlined support for clients navigating complex legal and licensing requirements.

Chandan Pahwa, from Finmind CA firm, is Earth Nest’s audit and accounting lead, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial consulting and SME IPO strategy. Based in Gurgaon, India, he leads a dedicated in-house team focused on financial audits, valuation, and compliance, ensuring Earth Nest’s financial integrity and growth.

Chandan’s expertise supports Earth Nest in maintaining accurate records, optimizing cash flow, and meeting regulatory requirements, providing a solid financial foundation as the company expands its sustainable construction ventures using pod technology.

Punit Yadava, the Operations & Sales at Earth Nest, brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, having successfully managed numerous projects in Goa and its surrounding areas.

His in-depth knowledge of project management, quality control, and team coordination ensures that each venture meets the highest standards of excellence.
